District of VALENCIENNES.

The District of VALENCIENNES  counted 15 post offices from 1852 to 1876.
It was a very industrial and also a border District(near Belgium), so it was well provided in postal facilities.
Before 1860, the district counted 8 main post offices. After 1860, 7 post offices were opened.
The linear stamps of RAISMES and ONNAING are rare. The types 24 et 17 of the post office of ARTRES are difficult (post office opened in 1873).
The type 22 of  MORTAGNE and  HASNON are difficult too.
